Lindsay Manson qualified from the University of Dundee and commenced his employment in private practice in Glasgow. Initial projects included mostly education, hotel and office buildings.

His move to the current company was in 1986 where he gained extensive retail and masterplan experience culminating in a directorship in 1994. He opened the Ukraine office two years later completing several office developments and was linked with the accolade of being the first UK firm of architects to work in Kiev. His 25 years experience of working in the Scottish construction industry gives him an invaluable knowledge of the industry and the complex procurement options open to the client.

He has been Managing Director of the Company for 15 years and his vision for Manson Architects is to further create innovative and inspiring design solutions and to manage his team in order to deliver maximum impact to the client.
