The project is located as part of an overall mixed use masterplan in Chesterfield, near Sheffield.

The overall complex has an area of 107,000 square feet with Dobbies Garden Centre occupying an area of 55,000 square feet at one end of the building. The remaining part of the scheme has been occupied by additional retailers.

An L-shaped internally landscaped shopping mall with feature glazed roofs was created as a central focus to the overall development.

The project was completed in April 2006.
