We are conscious that in everything we do from Feasibility to Completion it should encompass sustainability thinking.

We consider aspects at all stages in our design process to include the following:-

• whole life costing
• specification of sustainable materials
• reducing carbon emissions
• using renewable energy sources

Our aim with our Clients is to introduce design initiatives that will promote sustainability.  With our Retail and Education clients we are consistently reviewing the way we approach our design and construction methodology.

We have recently completed the first full Environmental Store for Tesco in Scotland, as well as the first leisure development in Scotland at Kingennie Country Resort to have maximum environmental characteristics.
