The project was completed in phases and includes a total of 30 family timeshare units and a leisure club. The first phase of dwellings are situated within the existing historic walled garden with a further two phases built around the leisure club.
The buildings were designed and constructed to reflect the typical Scottish vernacular detailing; utilising stonework, render and natural slate. The main living accommodation is located on the first floor of the properties providing outstanding views over the mature Perthshire landscape setting.
Both the leisure club and the timeshare units face south; overlooking the spectacular and scenic landscape of Loch Tay. The resort remains a popular destination for tourists visiting the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.
