Manson were appointed by London & Scottish Investments in 2015 on several projects across Scotland to redevelop vacant sites they have purchased from Tesco.

This is a proposal for 38,500 sq ft of large retail space and 8000 sq ft of smaller pod retail units at South Road, Cupar.

This retail development will breathe new life into a currently vacant site, upon which detailed planning for a new Tesco store has previously been consented.

A detailed planning application has been submitted and construction is anticipated to begin in Q2 of 2017.
