Manson on the bay

Pettycur Bay Holiday Park in Fife has recently featured in an 8-part series on BBC Scotland, and we’re delighted to be working with the Wallace family and Dalrymple Construction to deliver a purpose-built array of duplex holiday apartments.

We provided planning and architectural services to Dalrymple Construction on behalf of the Applicant and planning consent was granted in March this year for 11 self-catering apartments.

The building itself sits in the middle of the holiday park with stunning views over the Forth towards East Lothian and Edinburgh. We look forward to starting works on site and hopefully be on the next season of “Life on the Bay”!
